I miss my momma so much … tears are falling as I type this … Lord knows I’ve needed her each and everyday of my life since she’s been gone. I pray to God that I was a wonderful child and that I made her proud. You have a beautiful 12 year old granddaughter.. she was only 5 months when you passed. I love you momma 🩷🙏🏾

I am 41 years old and I remember when this song came out when I was a little boy. My mother was a big Shirley Ceasar fan and I remember this song vividly. It has taken on a new meaning over the past 11 years. My mom passed away in 2013 and this song reminds me of her. Trying to remember the good times. It gets hard at times, but I am still making it.
